Some great love and heartbreak soul here with a tight backup band. Barbara re-records her 1965 hit "Yes, I'm Ready", which in its original form was one of the first examples of the emerging Philly Soul sound. The obvious highlight, and biggest hit, here is her seductive cover of Curtis Mayfield's "Give Me Your Love", worth the price of admission alone. Another highlight, however, is the song "Who Will You Hurt Next" with a great arrangement by Norman Harris. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up!
